50 Box jumps
50 Jumping pull ups
50 DB snatches (50/30)
50 Walking lunges
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push Press (45/35)
50 Ab mat sit ups
50 Goblet Squat (50/30)
50 Burpees
50 Double Unders or 150 single unders
