Mary - 20 min AMRAP
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 Pistols (1 Legged Squats)
15 Pull-ups

  1. I made it threw 7 rounds in 15 mins before forming then ripping open a nice blister on the palm of my hand. Had lots of energy to continue, but decided to reduce the damage before the upcoming competition.

  2. 10 rounds had to switch to pistol progressions after 5 though.
